Once they have contacted us, we will confirm to them the balance of your service charge account and provide them with copy of your recent invoice and statement.

We will also provide a service charge estimate for the current year, which you solicitor should apportion to the point of sale between you and the buyer.

We require a copy of the property transfer documentation on completion of the sale from your solicitors, in order to amend our records. Our fee for this is £60.00 plus vat. This payment should be made by your solicitors directly into one of the below bank accounts and they should include the property address in the payment reference box to ensure correct allocation.
