From our play areas and green spaces to drainage and estate management, there’s a lot which goes on behind the scenes to keep NGP a safe and enjoyable place to live.
Across the estate, independent safety inspections of our play parks have been completed, with recommended remedial works now underway. We’re working with the grounds maintenance contractor on a rolling programme of replacement trees, planting and landscape improvements to help keep our green spaces looking their best through the upcoming planting season. Surveys of the Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) ponds have also been instructed. These play an important role in managing surface water across NGP, with any necessary works identified being progressed over the winter.
The 2025 year-end Service Charge accounts are currently being finalised by the external accountants and we hope to share these with residents soon. Service charge estimates for 2027 will also be issued before the end of the year. Residents already paying by Direct Debit don’t need to take any action, while anyone wishing to set one up can do so through the Kingston Open Spaces portal or by emailing NGP@kingstonopenspaces.co.uk.
