A deal has now been reached between Go North East and the Unite union.
The indefinite strike action impacting the vast majority of Go North East’s services throughout the region will end after workers accepted the latest pay offer.
Normal service is now set to resume on Saturday 2nd December across all affected Go North East routes, including the Q3 to and across NGP.
It is also understood Go North East will be making it free to travel on their services for the next seven days (to Saturday 9th) to welcome passengers back to their services after the prolonged period of disruption.
