Open Spaces would like to take this opportunity to update NGP residents on the current position regarding the NGP estate charge and the progress now made on resolving recent issues.
We have been working diligently behind the scenes with the NGP consortium over recent months to transition the invoicing from NGP to Open Spaces accounting software, to which it will remain moving forward.
Collectively, we apologise for the delays in reaching the desired position, however, we are happy to report that all services have consistently been delivered at all times across the estate.
We have been liaising with the consortium establishing deadlines to finalise both the 2023 and 2024 actual accounts, bringing us up to date and allowing us to issue these charges. As part of this process, we will also be in a position to issue 2025 estimate invoices, with the target to issue all charges before the end of March. Moving forward, annual estimates will be issued in advance each year.
We kindly request that any outstanding balances be paid into the NGP bank account before the new invoices are released. Details on how to make payment of the new invoices will be provided when the charges are issued.
We understand that having 2024 and 2025 to pay in the same year will be a concern for some and we are of course willing to agree payment plans in addition to our standard direct debit option.
